As described in memo 2012-02mp-professional communication all centre signatures has to be the generic signature designed by head office. All centres are welcome to request a new signature. Please note the following important points:

  1. Every centre is allowed only one signature, since all official communication should ideally come from one email address.
  2. If you are the owner of more than one centre you are welcome to insert more than one centre name (or an extra email address).
  3. Emails should be kept professional and with a white background and no animations.
  4. Some email clients do not allow ‘picture’ signatures. If this is your situation please keep the signature text simple and straight forward.
