As described in memo 2012-02mp-professional communication all centre signatures has to be the generic signature designed by head office. All centres are welcome to request a new signature. Please note the following important points:
- Every centre is allowed only one signature, since all official communication should ideally come from one email address.
- If you are the owner of more than one centre you are welcome to insert more than one centre name (or an extra email address).
- Emails should be kept professional and with a white background and no animations.
- Some email clients do not allow ‘picture’ signatures. If this is your situation please keep the signature text simple and straight forward.
